Hi Marta! I find that this activity could be very useful to encourage the kids to practice their writing! Maybe they could tell Santa who they are, how old they are, what their favourite toys are... and they could wish him a merry Christmas. They could even put the letter next to the Christmas tree! It's a funny activity considering that we are expecting the Christmas arrival.
Therefore, it can be a good activity to improve vocabulary and know the English culture about the Christmas and, i think it's a motivate activity completely associated to their real surrounding.
A very complete activity although it's difficult for children of second and third primary school cycles. It's very entertaining and can work content such as spelling, grammar and understanding of spoken language.
